The letter I posted was to Patricia who was kind enough to answer my post on the "www.doityourself"site. I was answering questions Patricia posed in her email reply, but if she or anyone can help me, I'd certainly appreciate it. Thank you. I really appreciate any and all the help I can get before I sign a release for the insurance company. I paid $108.00 fo one plumber for opening the drain, and $249.oo to another who opened the line further. With the $500.00 deductable. The insurance company does not pay for the plumbing repair.
