This is the best form of advertising and it provides us with the majority of our customers. It is the approach we strive for with every shopper. It works. The same commitment we make to every customer who walks into our showroom is given to our Internet shoppers, as well. We act immediately to resolve any problem, should one arise, and guarantee your satisfaction.

Product Guarantee:
We ship only first quality flooring. Our Somerset wood flooring has a lifetime structural warranty. The strip flooring of the Color Collection has a 15 year finish warranty and the plank flooring in the Naturals Collection has a 25 year finish warranty. We feel there is no better product on the market.

Shipping Policy:
We ship your wood flooring to you at the best price to be had to your area. We provide you with a separate cost for shipping. Since we are a distributor, our price delivered to you will still be less than buying through a dealer.

Return Policy:
If for some reason you wish to return your shipment we will refund the cost of the flooring less a 20% restocking charge. We cannot refund shipping costs. We cannot accept opened cartons. You must notify us of any intent to return a shipment within 3 days of delivery.

Payment Policy:
Flooring and freight costs must be paid at the time you place your order. We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express. You may also pay by Money Order. The process is simple. The product is excellent. We look forward to serving you.
